The following terms and conditions explain your relationship with the Asset Management Limited Liability Corporation. By using the VoiceSend.AI services (“Services”), including but not limited to personalized voicemail features and voice synthesis, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined herein.
Service Description
VoiceSend.AI provides advanced services that allow for the creation and delivery of personalized voicemail messages using voice synthesis technology. Our Services are designed to enhance communication by leveraging proprietary voice technology to create tailored voicemail experiences.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the VoiceSend.AI platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. We may update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Billing and Subscription
Billing Structure: VoiceSend.AI Services are quantified in units termed “Voice Units”. One Voice Unit represents a specific amount of content in a personalized message, rounded up to the nearest unit.
Monthly Subscription: We offer various subscription plans, each providing a set number of Voice Units per month. Usage exceeding the allocated Voice Units will incur additional charges as specified in the subscription plan.
Payment Obligations: Subscribers must make timely monthly payments as outlined in their subscription plan. Late payments may result in additional charges and possible suspension or termination of Services.
Refund Policy: Payments for VoiceSend.AI Services are non-refundable. In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, a 25% administration fee will be deducted.
User Obligations and Conduct
Authorization and Consent: Before using our voice synthesis services, you must obtain and maintain all necessary consents from individuals whose voices are used. You are also required to secure explicit consent from all recipients of your voicemail messages.
Compliance with Laws: You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, including those governing privacy, electronic communications, and data protection. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service does not violate any laws or regulations.
Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Service for illegal activities or to transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content. Unauthorized use of intellectual property or infringement of rights is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Measures to Prevent Unauthorized Use: We implement measures to prevent unauthorized voice synthesis and monitor content for compliance. However, we are not responsible for unauthorized use or content transmitted through our Services.
Limitation of Liability: VoiceSend.AI is not liable for any damages arising from unauthorized use or misuse of the Services. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Service Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your access for breaches of these Terms or at our discretion.

User Content
You retain rights to your content but grant VoiceSend.AI a license to use, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with the Service.

Termination by User
Voicesend AI may notify via email or display services in compliance with these terms (or link notice). Voicesend AI’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of this agreement shall be interpreted as an implicit waiver of any provision or right. Regarding these Terms of Use, the relationship between the users and Voicesend AI is controlled and construed under the laws of the state of Delaware. Furthermore, the user acknowledges that in the event of a legal action or proceeding between the user and Voicesend AI, the federal district court (based in New Castle County, Delaware) shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Any claims arising from these terms of use or service must be filed within one (1) year of the date of the claim.
Assignment
You may not transfer or assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them without restriction.
Feedback and Suggestions
Any feedback you provide may be used by VoiceSend.AI without obligation or compensation to you.
User Account and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and must notify us of any unauthorized use.
Advertising and Promotions
We may feature advertisements and promotions from third parties. We are not liable for any issues arising from these promotions.
Modifications to the Agreement
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.
Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is intended for use within VoiceSend.AI only. We make no representations about the Service’s availability or legality outside of this jurisdiction.

The Service is for users 18 years or older. It is not intended for minors.
Reporting Violations
Report any violations of these Terms to VoiceSend.AI as soon as possible.
Survival
Provisions that should survive termination will continue to be in effect, including those related to liability and indemnification.
